1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at Info@whiteashh.com with your order number and details.
5. Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund if a return label was provided.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
