All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, or customs duties) are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
